And as we get closer to the very anticipated release of Final Fantasy XIII (December this year in Japan), more and more characters and summons are revealed. This time, the new character is called Oerba Yun Fang. Interestingly, she shares name with Vanille (full name Oerba Dia Vanille), which very likely indicates that they're family (or that the Oerba name is very common, pick what suits you more)

Supposedly, her summon is Bahamut, which adds the everpresent....dragon? to the list of summons in the game (joining Shiva and Odin)

Final Fantasy XIII will be released exclusively for PS3 in Japan on December 17th, with a western release on PS3 and 360 expected around summer 2010
