Welcome to the VGC Most Wanted November edition, showing VGChartz most wanted games that are not yet released (if this get's lots of digs again, hopefully those who comment will read this and realise this is not about games only releasing in November, but any game that isn't yet released [as of 1st November])

As such, no voting for Modern Warfare 2, Assassin's Creed 2 Dragon Age:Origins or Left4Dead2, and unless you live in Japan, no voting for New Super Mario Bros. Wii... Which is incidentally, this months victor.

New Super Mario Bros. Wii takes the top spot now that the light has been taken from Uncharted 2, it gained an impressive 93 points over last month, with 19 additional votes. Final Fantasy XIII stopped from taking the lead increased only marginally (8 points and 1 vote) which doesn't seem too bad when you consider that PS3 votes overall fell.

The aftermath of Uncharted 2 releasing has seen PS3 votes fall from 450 to 315, which is actually more than the number of votes U2 gathered last month so cannot all be attributed to U2 alone. With PS3 votes falling, theother consoles have had a chance to increase (the total number of participants on only a slight fall from 193 to 186) although the PSP didn't take that chance and fell further behind in anticipated games. DS saw a small increase, X360 and Wii a good increase and the PC an excellent one by percentage, from 108 to 159 votes being almost a 50% increase.

On the Wii front (besides NSMB:Wii) Super mario Galaxy, Metroid:Other M and Zelda all saw respectable increases. No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle was Wii's major fall, could pick up next month with NSMB out of the way, but I would suspect many Mario votes will transfer to other mario, Zelda or metroid games. In addition; new-addition "Epic Mickey" is the only new vote to make it in the top 40.

PS3 losing ground means fewer games make any significant increases, Heavy Rain being by far the best of the high ranking games to increase, going from 48 to 82 points, and taking it from 17th to 10th. God of War III also increased ok in points (but decreased in votes)

X360 doesn't usually get high ranking exclusives as many games are shared with the PC, but both Mass Effect 2 and Left 4 Dead 2 recieve the majority of their votes for the X360, and both increased quite well in points. Halo Reach also made an excellent jump from 44th up to 23rd, with an increase of more than double in points (15 to 32) There were not any major drops for the X360, although FFXIII dropped 1 point despite then increase in X360 votes overall.

For DS, the Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks overtook the Pokemon remakes for the top spot, even though Pokemon itself had a good increase, Golden Sun gained a couple of points too, but most other DS games don't see as much interest as these three.

PSP seeing fewer and fewer votes only manages 2 games in the top 40, Valkyria Chronicles losing a few points but still just keeping the lead over Metal Gear Solid.

PC voters seem to keep changing their mind about whether to vote Diablo 3 or Starcraft 2 as their most anticipated, with the increase in pC votes this month though, Diablo 3 managed to gain 1 point despite losing the PC top-spot to Starcraft, which managed a huge increase from 14 up to 40 points (moving from 45th to 21st position overall) Dragon Age: Origins also increased dramatically, PC remains the top platform in anticipation for this title, but all three versions (PC/PS3/360) saw a large increase in points.

As with last month... the score is how the games are ranked, based on the priciple that most anticipated = 5pts, 2nd most = 4pts etcetera down to 5th most for each person who submitted their top 5 most wanted games. The votes column indicates how many people voted for that game.
Greyed out text indicates where single platform versions of games would fit into the data.
Italicised and underlined grey platform indicates that while the game may be available for it, no one voted for it for that particular platform.
